Knox County Authorities made a couple of theft related arrests on New Years Day.
At 9:06 AM, Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 28-year-old Cody Julian of Washington on a single theft charge. Julian is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
At 5:56 PM, Vincennes City Police arrested 22-year-old Marissa Waugh of Vincennes on a theft charge. Waugh is being held on $5,000 bond in the Knox County Jail.
The two theft incidents are unrelated.
Vincennes City Police arrested a Vincennes woman on a failure to appear warrant Wednesday. 45-year-old Tina Catt was taken into custody on the warrant. The warrant, issued December 16th, dates back to a charge filed in October of 2019 for public intoxication. Catt is being held without bond. She Is scheduled for a bench trial on January 6th in Knox Superior Court 2.
Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes man following a traffic stop early Thursday Morning. At 1:04 AM, 62-year-old Thomas Winn was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .15 or more and for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. Winn is being held on $4,000 bond in the Knox County Jail.
