State Police arrested a Rockville couple Friday on Felony charges of Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death.
Police say a deceased three-month-old infant was brought to Union Health Hospital in Clinton on May 17th by the infant’s parents 18-year-old Ashlynn Casey and 24-year-old Jordan Washington of Rockville.
Police say the death occurred in Rockville and that the cause of death was due to malnutrition.
The couple was arrested Friday at the Putnamville State Police Post and taken to the Putnam County Jail.
