Indiana State Police say an ATM theft early Wednesday morning in the Dale area of Spencer County is very similar to an ATM theft in Saint Meinrad in September 2023.
In the most recent theft, a 2001 Ford F-350 was stolen from Dubois County and used in the crime.
The suspects hooked heavy tow chains to the ATM and pulled it off its pedestal.
They then broke into the ATM, emptied the cash, and fled in a dark-colored SUV.
