Special Judge Frances Gull says the defense attorneys for double murder suspect Richard Allen are not being held in contempt.
She ruled the release of photos in the 2017 deaths of teenagers Libby German and Abby Williams was not intentional or willful.
The pictures were leaked by a friend of defense attorney Andrew Baldwin when he visited the office and saw them unattended in the conference room.
Allen is charged in the deaths of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German.
Jury selection for the trial begins Monday, May 13th, with opening statements on May 17th.
