The average price of gas in Indiana is up five cents from Thursday and a total of 29 cents since Tuesday.
The Triple A Motor Club says Indiana’s average price stood at $3.70 a gallon Friday; 12 cents higher than Friday’s national average.
It was also 25 cents higher than a week ago, 29 cents higher than a month ago, and 14 cents higher than a year ago.
Triple A also says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Thursday stood at $4.08 a gallon, the same as Wednesday.
It was also a penny higher than a week ago, ten cents higher than a month ago, and 21 cents lower than a year ago.
