Vincennes Police arrested a Washington man Monday for Possession of Methamphetamine following a traffic stop on US 41 South. 32-year-old Matthew Osborne was also cited for Driving While Suspended and Operating Without Proof of Insurance. A K-9 unit from the Knox County Sheriff’s Department turned up the methamphetamine during a walk around of the vehicle.
