Sales of Indiana’s “blackout” license plates have brought the state 13-million-dollars in revenue.
The Bureau of Motor Vehicles says over 380-thousand of the black and white plates have been sold in the past year.
The office of Governor Mike Braun says the money will be used toward a five-year modernization plan for the BMV.
