Drivers in Jasper — expect some detours starting next week.
The Jasper Street Department and contractor Pavement Solutions will begin a micro-surface preservation project Tuesday, October 6th at 8 a.m.
Streets will be closed during the day and no travel will be allowed while work is underway, but they should reopen each evening depending on drying conditions.
Affected streets include Meridian Road, 12th Avenue, 400 West, Eagle Point Court and Fox Hollow Court — not necessarily in that order.
Residents will get a door hanger the day before their street is done, and all vehicles must be moved off the street that day.
The project will continue daily until complete, weather permitting
