Area ‘Traffic Safety All-Stars’ Honored for Impaired Driving Enforcement

The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute honored 96 members of Indiana’s public safety community during its annual Traffic Safety All-Star Awards Ceremony on Friday.

Awards were presented to law enforcement personnel who demonstrated outstanding performance in impaired driving enforcement and prevention in 2025.

The list of 2026 Traffic Safety All-Star award recipients includes:

• Justin Smith of the Indiana State Police Jasper Post.
• Michael Bates with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office.
• Tyler Garland and Parker Tromley with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
• And Grant Daley and Jeremiah Hodge of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
