Completed Approach Work Sets the Stage to Build Future I-69 Bridge

Governor Mike Braun will mark completion of Section 3 of the I-69 Ohio River Crossing on Friday in Evansville.

Section 3 lies entirely in Indiana, in the Evansville area, and is the Indiana approach segment of the planned I‑69 bridge connecting Evansville with Henderson, Kentucky.

Its main purpose is to create all‑weather construction access to the Ohio River for building the future I‑69 bridge
