The Princeton Police Department and Gibson County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting their annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, October 6th from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Gibson County Fairgrounds, 709 North Embree Street in Princeton.
Gibson County Sheriff Bruce VanOven says the two departments agreed that August was just too hot for an event like this, so it was moved to October.
National Night Out is usually observed on the first Tuesday in August.
This year’s event will feature free hot dogs, live music, K9 and SWAT demonstrations, and food trucks.
