Indiana now has more than 17-hundred reported cases of cyclosporiasis.
State health officials say the parasitic illness has spread across much of the state and may be linked to contaminated lettuce.
Symptoms include severe diarrhea, stomach cramps and fatigue.
Health officials say the true number of cases could be even higher.
