A Sullivan Circuit Court judge sentenced a Terre Haute man Thursday to five years in prison and one year of probation for Corrupt Business Influence.
57-year-old Joseph Mascari pleaded guilty to the charge in May under a negotiated plea agreement.
Mascari, a former part owner of Sullivan Automotive Group, also agreed to pay more than $295,000 in restitution to the company’s owner.
He was accused of stealing the money while he was a part owner of the dealership.
