Five-Year-Old Injured in Boating Accident Returns Home

A 5-year-old Newburgh boy is back home after spending weeks recovering from a serious boating accident.

Jentry Pace was released from a Louisville hospital Wednesday after he was badly hurt by a boat propeller at Patoka Lake on July 5th.

Family, friends, neighbors and emergency crews welcomed him home with a parade of fire trucks and vehicles.

A neighbor organized the welcome home celebration.
