Community Invited to Participate in Deaconess Memorial Medical Center Health Needs Assessment

Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Jasper is inviting community members to share their voices by participating in its Community Health Needs Assessment survey.

The survey is open now through July 26th and will be used to evaluate the overall health needs of the area.

Responses are anonymous and take about 10 minutes to complete.
