Two North Knox student-athletes will sign letters of intent this afternoon for area colleges.
Kysron Parker will sign a letter of intent to play basketball at Oakland City University. Parker started over part or all of three years from the Warrior varsity.
Also, Cam den McCory will sign his letter of intent to play for Rose-Hulman Institute in Terre Haute. McCory was a vital part of North Knox’s football program in his four-year career.
Both signings will happen this evening in the Warrior Room just off the North Knox gym. The public is invited to attend the signing ceremony.
Pike Central High School has named Michael Hopkins to be its new head coach. Hopkins will take over the position from Hunter Elliott. Hopkins was recently approved by the Pike Central School Board to take that spot.
