A man from Spencer won $1 million in the Powerball drawing after he made playing the lottery a weekly routine.
Brian Sides, a retired carpenter, bought the winning ticket at a Circle K in Spencer.
He discovered his win while watching television and looking at his ticket with the Hoosier Lottery app.
Sides plans to invest his winnings back into his home by paying off a loan for a new wall and adding a new bathroom.
