Daviess Co. Arrests

Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man Tuesday for Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.

35-year-old Walter Antonio Hernandez Torres was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $500 bond.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 66-year-old Richard Lee Willoughly of Elnora Tuesday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke.

Willoughby is being held without bond.

147 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Wednesday morning.
