The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the publics assistance in locating Mindy Culbertson of Carlisle.
Culberson is 40-years-old, 5’3″ and 117 pounds.
She was last seen on Tuesday night around 11:00 p.m. at her residence in Carlisle.
The sheriff’s office says it is unknown how she left the residence as her vehicle was still at her home.
She has been entered into the national database as a missing person.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 812-268-4308.
