A 42-year-old Washington man is behind bars, accused of setting a house fire.
Washington Police say an arrest warrant was issued last Thursday for Timothy J. Cox on a charge of arson.
The warrant followed an investigation into a house fire in the 2300 block of Oak Grove Road.
Washington Police detectives and agents with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security arrested Cox the same day.
Investigators say the case is ongoing, along with several other fires they’ve looked into over the last few months.
When those investigations are finished, they’ll be sent to the Daviess County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
