River View Farms Expansion

A major jobs announcement in rural Orange County.

Governor Mike Braun says River View Farms will expand its operation in Orleans — creating 63 new jobs by the end of 2029.

The fifth-generation family business, headquartered there since 1920, will build a new 60-thousand square foot egg grading and packaging facility to double its capacity.

The company will then add a new swine breeding facility.

River View Farms says the expansion will also boost local grain purchases and currently employs more than 200 Hoosiers.
