Indiana State Police and local law enforcement agencies are increasing patrols this Labor Day weekend to check for impaired and aggressive driving.
Troopers will conduct sobriety checkpoints and increase patrols along high-traffic corridors through Monday as part of the national “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign.
Last year, there were 86 crashes in Indiana during Labor Day weekend that involved alcohol or drugs, resulting in injuries and fatalities.
