Voters Reminded of Judge Retention Questions on November Ballot

The Daviess County Clerk and Voter Registration Office is reminding the public of three judge retention questions that will appear on the November ballot.

The questions ask if Court of Appeals Judge Mary DeBoer should be retained in office in the Fourth District, if Court of Appeals Judge Paul Felix be retained in office in the Fifth District, and if Indiana Tax Court Judge Justin McAdam be retained in office.

Voters are advised to take their time and research the ballot questions before voting this fall.

Voters are reminded that poll workers are not allowed to assist them concerning these questions.
