Frustration continues to build as close to 92 thousand NIPSCO customers remain without power in Northwest Indiana.
Some residents have been without electricity for more than a week.
In Gary, a mobile food pantry served nearly 150 people, ran out of food and sent others to a distribution site in Lake Station.
NIPSCO officials say they hope to have power restored in Gary and Hammond by Friday, and Munster and Highland may not get restored until next Tuesday.
