Two Individuals Arrested after Sullivan City Pool Battery Investigation

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office says two people are facing charges in connection with the battery of a juvenile by an adult at the Sullivan City Pool back on June 3rd.

Following an investigation by sheriff’s deputies two suspects were identified, and arrest warrants were issued.

Jeremiah Boone Cale, of Vigo County, was arrested July 2nd on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of Battery.

Then, on July 8th, Timothy Boone Cale of Champaign County, Illinois was arrested on a preliminary felony charge of Battery Against a Person Less than 14 Years of Age When the Defendant is at least 18 Years of Age.
