The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says a Bloomington man is facing multiple charges after deputies responded to the area of Ivan Court in Solsberry concerning a wanted subject in possession of a firearm.
Steven Taylor Jr. was found barricaded in a back room.
Taylor finally surrendered when pepper balls were shot into the room.
Deputies recovered two handguns and what appeared to be a controlled substance.
Taylor is being held in the Greene County Jail on preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with a Firearm, Unlawful Carry of a Firearm, Possession of a Syringe, Failure to Aid, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
