The Early College Program at Bloomfield Junior-Senior High School has been endorsed as highly effective by the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning at the University of Indianapolis.
Bloomfield’s Early College program began in 2015, and this year graduated 14 students with Technical Certificates with 30 transferable college credits.
The school corporation credits its teachers and staff for U of I’s recognition.
The program offers students the opportunity to earn dual college credit in high school and establish a foundation to earn a post secondary degree at a 2 year or 4 year institution or trade school.
