Road Closure Planned for State Road 54 in Sullivan County

The Indiana Department of Transportation advises that State Road 54 near Dugger in Sullivan County is scheduled for closure today (Thursday) for an emergency railroad crossing replacement project.

The closure will occur at the railroad crossing near County Road 900 East.

Work is expected to take three days to complete, depending on the weather.

The official detour is U.S. 41 to State Road 58 to State Road 67.

Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
