Gas prices continue their upward climb.
The Triple A Motor Club says the state’s average price on Thursday was $4.42 per gallon, 33¢ higher than Wednesday and 12¢ higher than Thursday’s national average of $4.30 per gallon.
It was also 73¢ higher than a week ago, 43¢ higher than a month ago, and $1.25 higher than a year ago.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Thursday was $5.50 a gallon, 24¢ higher than Wednesday and 22¢ higher than a week ago.
It was also 31¢ higher than a month ago and $1.91 higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Thursday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Wednesday and the same as Thursday’s national average.
