FBI Joins Search for Missing Owen Co. Teen

The FBI Indianapolis Office has joined the Owen County Sheriff’s Office and Indiana State Police in the search for a missing Owen County teen.

17-year-old Lexie Mitchell was last seen around 12 p.m. on March 31st at her home in Cunot in Owen County.

Lexie has long red/auburn hair, blue-green eyes, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white windbreaker-style jacket, and white boots.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Owen County Sheriff’s Office, the Indiana State Police Bloomington Office or 911.
