Daviess Co. Arrests

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington woman Wednesday on a warrant for Felony Intimidation.

37-year-old Chrystal Dawn Smith is being held on $75,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

Indiana State Police arrested 24-year-old Alexander Garcon of Washington on Wednesday for Operating a Vehicle with a Controlled Substance and Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment.
Garcon was released from jail on $3,000 bond.

And Washington Police arrested 23-yer-old Mayqui Jose Lopez-Fuentes of Washington Wednesday for Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License.

Lopez-Fuentes is being held without bond.

145 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Thursday morning.
