Traffic Ticket Scam

The public is being warned about a traffic ticket scam.

Texts are being sent out saying you need to pay your fine or face penalties.

A QR code is provided to pay online.

However, Indiana State Police say it’s a scam.

Authorities advise not to pay attention to the message and urge you not to scan the QR code.
