West Virginia Man Arrested for Auto Theft

Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a West Virginia man and recovered a stolen vehicle Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies were dispatched to the Flying J Truck Stop off US 41 near Haubstadt concerning a report of a stolen vehicle parked there.

They found 27-year-old Joseph Fleming of Daniels, West Virginia in possession of the vehicle.

Fleming was transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Auto Theft and Driving While Suspended Prior.
