The U.S. Small Business Administration is reminding small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and private nonprofit organizations across southern Indiana that the deadline to apply for low-interest federal disaster loans is April 20th.
The loans are available to assist with economic losses resulting from the severe storms and flooding that occurred June 28th through July 2nd, 2025.
The disaster declaration includes Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Knox, Martin, and Pike counties.
Applicants can apply online through the SBA Disaster Loan Assistance portal:
