Average Price of Gas in Indiana Rises to $3.48 Per Gallon; Diesel $4.76

Gas prices continue to rise amid ongoing U.S. military operations in Iran.

The Triple-A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Monday stood at $3.48 a gallon, 1¢ higher than Sunday and the same as Monday’s national average.

It was also 68¢ higher than a week ago, 69¢ higher than a month ago, and 61¢ higher than a year ago.

Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Monday was $4.76 a gallon, 7¢ higher than Sunday and 92¢ higher than a week ago.

It was also 1.02¢ higher than a month ago and 1.11¢ higher than a year ago.

And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Monday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Sunday and the same as Monday’s national average.
