Jasper Man Accused of Child Exploitation and Possession of Child Pornography Enters Plea Agreement

A Jasper man charged with two counts each of Child Exploitation and Possession of Child Pornography entered into a Negotiated Plea Agreement this week in Dubois County Circuit Court.

The Dubois County Prosector’s Office says 33-year-old Kyle Eason is scheduled for sentencing on April 10th.

The sentence shall be left to the discretion of the court, but it shall be no greater than 15 years and no less than 6 years.

Eason’s charges stem from an Indiana Crimes Against Children task force tip investigated by Jasper Police.
