Wanted Vincennes Man in Custody; Faces Trial in October

A Vincennes man has turned himself in after his bond was revoked in Knox Superior Court One less than a week ago.

27-year-old Triston Kelley is charged with Neglect of a Dependent Leading to Death.

The charge stems from a November 2022 incident in Vincennes involving the death of a then two-year-old boy.

Kelley also faces a new charge of Possession of Marijuana.

His trial on the neglect charge is currently set for October 22nd.
