Jasper Man Facing Battery Charge

Jasper Police arrested a Jasper man early Sunday morning following a battery investigation in the 38-hundred block of Portersville Road.

Police received a call from a man who said he was battered by another man with a pistol at the Maple Grove Trailer Park.

40-year-old Jose De Jesus Perez Martinez was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on charges of Battery and Possession of Paraphernalia.
