Over the weekend, Indiana University issued a cease-and-desist order against the fraternity Tau Epsilon Phi due to an alleged hazing incident and suspended all organizational activities.
This makes Tau Epsilon Phi the fourth IU fraternity this semester to face this action, following similar incidents involving Phi Kappa Psi, Alpha Epsilon Pi, and Beta Chi Theta.
The IU Police Department is investigating all four fraternities.
