Richard Allen’s Attorneys File Odinism Evidence In Conviction Appeal

Defense attorneys for convicted Delphi murderer Richard Allen have submitted new evidence in their appeal of his conviction.

They filed 1,200 pages of new evidence Monday from the September 2023 Franks hearing, containing depositions of key investigators and evidence related to the Odinism theory.

A lot of the evidence are posts made by a man named Brad Holder, who is a confirmed Odinist and was looked at as a possible suspect.

Holder’s daughter was friends with one of the two girls who was killed in February of 2017 on a hiking trail in Delphi.
