Daviess Co. Arrests

Washington Police arrested a Washington man early Tuesday morning on three counts of Child Molesting and two counts of Incest.

34-year-old Carlos Jomar Rivera Del Valle is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Charley Rainey of Laplace, Louisiana Monday for Possession of Marijuana and Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.

Rainey is being held on $5,000 bond.

156 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Tuesday morning.
