A Knox County Sheriff’s deputy arrested a Vincennes man Thursday evening when he threw a traffic cone at his patrol car on Willow Street in front of Casey’s.
The sheriff’s office says 34-year-old Brandon McDaniel then ran into the street and pounded his fist on the patrol car.
After a brief struggle, McDaniel was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct.
McDaniel was also cited for Obstruction of Traffic for throwing the traffic cone into the roadway.
