Second Arrest Made in Gibson Co. Murder Investigation

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says a second arrest has been made in its investigation into the murders of 51-year-old Malisa Kegg and 34-year-old Michael Kegg the Third.

They were found dead inside a burning residence in Francisco on December 31st of 2024.

53-year-old Michael Kegg Jr. was arrested on January 1st of this year and charged with the murders.

On Wednesday, 34-year-old Amanda Kegg was booked into the Gibson County Detention Center on an arrest warrant issued out of Superior Court for Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Detectives located her in Vincennes and took her into custody without incident with the assistance of Vincennes Police.
