Conservation Officers Recover Body of Missing Man from Monroe Lake

Indiana Conservation Officers say the body of a man who went missing Sunday in Monroe Lake has been recovered.

The body of 27-year-old Keynner Lugo was recovered shortly before 8-o’clock Tuesday morning about 200 yards from where he was last seen.

The initial investigation revealed that Lugo was attempting to swim to shore from a boat Sunday when he began to struggle and went underwater.
