A traffic stop for speeding Saturday on State Road 67 and Church Road in Knox County led to the arrest of the driver, search warrants issued for two Bicknell residences, and the arrests of two residents of those addresses.
The driver, 39-year-old Joshua Barmes, was arrested for Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Legend Drug Deception after K-9 Zeno alerted deputies of illegal drugs in his vehicle.
After searches were completed at 702 and 705 North Washington Street in Bicknell, 39-year-old Nicole Marie Sloan and 43-year-old Tonya Riker, residents of each of the residences, were arrested for Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Sloan was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle.
