Indiana Department of Workforce Development Announces Layoffs

Over 100 employees are being laid off at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development due to budget cuts at the state and federal levels.

123 employees are affected, with cuts in administration, workforce programs, and unemployment insurance.

This comes after over 100 positions were cut from the Indiana Office of Commerce and the Indiana Department of Education in June.
