Four teenagers are now facing criminal charges following a mass shooting that rocked downtown Indianapolis on Saturday.
The incident, which occurred after the Fourth of July fireworks, left seven people shot and two killed.
All the victims were 21 years old or younger.
The suspects, aged 13, 15, 16, and 17, are each charged with illegally possessing a firearm.
Authorities confirm the 17-year-old suspect, Vincent Lanking Jr., is being charged as an adult and faces additional, more severe charges.
The shooting unfolded amidst reports of lawlessness and armed juveniles in the area.
