After receiving multiple tips about marijuana cultivation at a Monroe City residence, Knox County Sheriff’s deputies searched the property Sunday evening and found several marijuana plants, THC gummies, processed marijuana, and several devices used to smoke marijuana.
Also located were several firearms, including a homemade gun with no serial number, sometimes referred to as a “Ghost Gun”.
58-year-old Kenneth Baize was arrested for Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Legend Drug and Possession of Marijuana.
The sheriff’s office says the case is still under investigation, and more arrests are expected.
