A judge will consider whether alleged confessions from the man accused of killing two teens in Delphi should be used in his trial.
Richard Allen is accused of killing Libby German and Abby Williams in 2017.
Prosecutors say Allen confessed to the crimes while being held in Westville State Prison awaiting trial.
Allen’s defense team says the alleged confession was coerced and not voluntary.
Another court hearing will be held today ahead of a trial scheduled for October 15th.
