Daviess Co. Arrests

Washington Police arrested a Washington man Monday for Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.

31-year-old Ismael Ortiz-Santos was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $5,000 bond.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old Philip Andrew Bose of Bicknell Monday on a warrant for Failure to Appear.

Bose was released from jail on $5,000 bond.

Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies also arrested 37-year-old Michael Wayne Johnson of Washington on Monday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke.

Johnson is being held without bond.

And Washington Police arrested 57-year-old April Diamond of Washington Monday for Operating a Vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent of .15 and Legend Drug Deception.

Diamond is being held without bond.

178 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Tuesday morning.
